We had a great waitress. The food was good and served quickly. We will definitely would like to go again

Inside the part of the restaurant is characteristic, with a lot of details of the artist of all the world. The food is nothing fancy but still good, and the cost of it is in NYC standard. We didn’t like the waiters, specially the two woman who served us: In one hour and half that we pass in Hard Rock we didn’t receive a single smile, very rude attitude also after the tips that we gave to them. I know there were many people during lunch time but the most important thing is to make your guests feel good during their experience in your “house”.

I was able to sit at the bar right away; tables were a 45 minute wait. No issue using the voucher - only vegetarian option was the Impossible Burger - unfortunately, all the desserts (including ice cream) had eggs - so I didn’t get full value. Burger was ok.
