I went during the summer with my friend and it started out well. On our way back, one of the tour guides (Brandon) was disrespectful to customers and totally ignoring a customer's complaint. He began to argue in a yelling match with the customer and began to speed off his boat way ahead of the rest of the tour, leaving all of us behind and confused on direction. While on the tour, he had offered to take photos of us, to which we replied of course. After the tour, I wrote down my phone number and was promised that the photo would be sent to me by the end of the day. I waited... no photo. Then I called back the next day... was promised the photo.. no photo. I was then informed that the guide "took photos for tips," to which I proceeded to tip the guide via Venmo and awaited my photo. It had been 4 days and still no photo. Now this company has my (tip) money and I called every day after my tour for 2 weeks straight and was promised my photo. I still till this day have never received the photo and the company has still not reached out to me and has made false promises to me for the whole 2 weeks. Too add on, none of the equipment was sanitized. Very bad customer service and lack of care and respect for customers.
