Very dependable. The driver contacted me and told me where to wait and when he would be arriving. It did not take long to wait. He dropped us off right in front of the hotel.

Waited over an hour for a driver who was always "5 minutes away" Eventually had to double spend by taking a taxi Dispatcher was friendly enough but doesn't mitigate for an already long and exhausting day

I completely understand how exhausting that must have been after a long day. Our dispatcher tries to keep things friendly and helpful, but I get that it doesn’t make up for the time lost. Thanks for sharing this – we’ll work on improving this process so it doesn’t happen again.
