Great experience. I paid for a shared shuttle but they picked me up in a private car when they didn't have enough riders and didn't charge me any more. Professional, reliable, easy to use.

Viator were great. Communication etc perfect. Unfortunately they booked with Go Airlink to collect me at JFK. The driver had my arrival details so should have been aware of a passenger to collect but called Go Airlink from the welcome centre as instructed- I was told driver 20 mins away stay at the welcome centre. I did - there are no chairs to sit down. No driver. I Called again after 45 mins and was told he’s 5 mins away but No driver. I called again and was told he’s 20 mins away stay welcome centre. I had never left the welcome centre. I started receiving missed calls that hung up so I called Go Airlink I was hanging on the line at the welcome centre and there was no driver to be seen. I was constantly being approached by men who I assume were unauthorised taxis non of them had my name or details- there is a recorded message over the public address system saying to stay away from them. Finally I was told to go outside to meet the shuttle bus. After 15 hours travelling solo was exhausted and upset by the time I was collected. At 7.30 pm 2 hours after the arranged collection time. I travel often around the world and I cannot recommend this experience I’m afraid. Go Airlink the company Viator booked me with are disorganised and unreliable.

Arranging the shuttle online was easy. Calling them to notifiy them we were here went smoothly. The driver was nice, professional and courteous!
