Welcoming guests to Kauai since 2007, Luau Kalamaku is Hawaii's only luau show performed “in-the-round,” offering optimal views of the stage. Witness the unearthing of the pig from the traditional imu (underground oven) and enjoy a hula lesson. A craft fair featuring unique items by local artisans awaits on the sprawling lawn. Feast on a delicious buffet of local and familiar favorites and enjoy a Mai Tai from the open bar. The main show tells the amazing story of the ancient Hawaiian legend of Kalamaku “child of the new land." Through laughter, fear, seduction and fire, a new legacy is created, born from the cherished seeds of their ancestors. The theatrical luau show culminates with a fantastic fire dream featuring fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing.

Mai tais and bar attendants were very nice Tasty dinner. Desserts definitely needed improvement and the show was not quite entertaining as I had hoped

The train ride was pretty cool and we enjoyed seeing the farm and animals. The food at the Luau was mediocre. There were way too many people jammed in a small space and we were seated in the very back. It was very difficult to see and get into the show. The waiter was overly aggreesive about taking away plates and drinks before we were finished.

The food and drinks were delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. The program/performance was amazing!!! The story, the beauty, the choreography, the dancing, the fire dancer(s), and the music was breathtakingly beautiful!!! Such high quality. My family was mezmorized. Mahalo☺️
