Avoid the crowds of the other "cattle boats" in Kona, and enjoy a small-group manta ray snorkeling experience with a maximum of 12 passengers.

This tour departs from Keahou Harbor in South Kona and enjoys a short 5-minute boat ride to our snorkeling site, Manta Village.

Your Captain and snorkel guide will educate you on Kona's famous manta rays and will discuss our safe and humane approach to engaging with the gentle giants.

After entering the water, you'll hold onto our lightboard, with your feet propped up by floatation devices, as the manta rays perform a graceful ballet beneath you. The manta rays filter feed on plankton that naturally gathers at the surface just before sunset, then accumulates underneath our lights. This is an opportunity to enjoy an evening on the water and watch in amazement as the manta rays glide around and dance for you.

We are proud to be a Green Listed company, and we take an environmentally cautious approach to our interactions with the manta rays.

We are a family of 4. My kids never snorkel before, only practice a few times in the pool. On top they wear glasses. I reached out to them concerning about prescription snorkel masks. They called me right back to address my concerns. I ended up getting them at getwetstore.com. Got text from Lexy the day before and day of. Addressed my concerns and about life vests since my wife and I had not snorkel since over 25 years. Assisted us in where to park as well and direct us to where to see the sunset before the sail out. Lexy and her crew was simply the best. Their instructions and knowledge were very clear and made our whole group at ease. We had a blast and we ended up seeing around 12 rays that night and at the same time, we all got touched by them unintentionally, I myself 3 times. It was magical. Thanks for giving us a very memorable day.

the whole crew worked hard and answered any questions. they had lots of energy and made it a lot of fun. the mantas are super cool and there were lots almost touching us.
