Our team has spent countless years playing hard in the desert, seeking the next summit and descending into innumerable canyons. As a small company that offers exclusively private trips, we have the ability to fit any itinerary to your needs and a desire to step outside-the-box to see that your visit to Moab is an experience that you will never forget.

Our half-day adventures are a great way to sample some of the most accessible and beautiful canyoneering Moab has to offer. Our experienced guides will contact you the day before your booking to arrange pick-up and discuss several options to tailor the experience to your group. These are the perfect choice for families and adventurers who are looking for a timely morning or afternoon out. No experience required

Our half-day canyoneering trips are perfect for anyone new to canyon exploration. Our guides will instruct in the skills of canyoneering from basic techniques to the technical skills of rappelling. No prior experience is needed, just a general level of fitness and a sense of adventure! Moab is the heart of spectacular canyon country, so come see what makes this area so special and beautiful from the inside - out. For no additional costs, we specialize in private small groups and family-oriented tours to give our clients the attention to have amazing experiences, and come away feeling confident and accomplished in a half-day spent like no other.

Jake, Mike, and Deb provided for a challenging, comprehensive, safe, and memorable introduction to canyoneering. They challenged me to try new things, while maintaining an air of safety and responsibility. They were also fun to spend time with; they learned my name and asked me questions about my life and my background. This was the highlight of my weekend in Moab.

Although I was nervous, this canyon experience went above and beyond what I had imagined. Not only was the terrain and experience incredible, but the staff (Mike, Jake, and Deb) were equally as amazing. They were kind and encouraging, knowledgable, and I felt safe in their hands. I would highly recommend Moab Canyon Tours to anyone! I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Mike and Deb were incredible guides! My 10 year old, 7 year old, husband and myself went on a fantastic 1/2 day tour with them. They were knowledgeable, patient with our first time selves, and just all around perfect. The beauty of the canyons was incomparable and our day will forever stay in my memories as one we will treasure always. Thank you Mike and Deb and I cannot wait to get the pictures we took!
