The Mardi Gras School of Cooking does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impeccable.

Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes.

For parties of 8 or more, you will have to contact us directly to book. We have questions.

My husband and I really enjoyed the class!!! The chef made it fun, while teaching us new skills and about food in New Orleans. HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking a class while you’re in NOLA!

We had the BEST Time - Recommend this with 5 Stars. Chef Preston was a wonderful Teacher and made the lesson so fun. We actually made the dishes ourselves and then ate dinner together. It is a very clean and bright place and we will go and take another class next time in New Orleans. Thank you for such a fun and informative time.
