The driver took me to the airport is very scary. He said I have to pay 18 US dollars in cash to him, he said with hatred "you have to pay, you have to pay " dozen times at the darkness of 4 am. The night before a lady from his company called me to confirm my reservation, I asked her: do I have to pay the driver extra money? She said:"You have paid the ticket with your credit card, you don't have to pay for the driver." The driver's machine showed I only paid 52 US dollars, I told him your company had my credit card number, they get the money from my credit card if it is a mistake. I am afraid he might have some kind of physco illness and have violant behaviour, so I paid him 18 US Dollar in cash and asked the receipt. Please check whether this indian guy has some problem? I got receipt 52 us dollars instead of 62 dollars which I paid by credit card and it's my business trip !

The reservation and confirmation went smoothly. Our driver was prompt and had us at the airport in no time. We will definitely use this service again on our next trip to New York.
This was the worst experince and worst customer service i have ever had. If you are going to use this company make sure you tell them which way tothe airport you want to go. Our driver never asked us Queensborough Bridge our tunnel. Long story short he went through the tunnel even though we left in plenty of time for the airport. Then pulled over 2 miles from the airport and demanded the cost of the tunnel fare before he drove any futher. We asked toi speak to his manger and he was even more rude. It was like dealing with New York gangstes . So if I was yoiu dont dont go for private transfer via this cowboy company
