Car arrived very late after phoning to chase up. Driver then wanted $10 for extra suitcases and an extre $8.50 for tolls, even though tolls were included in the viator price. This was blackmail as we were now very late for our airplane. Purely blackmail. Please do not use this service
As this was our first trip to America, it was very unnerving to have a driver who did not speak or understand English... We had to ring the company when we arrived, as there was no one with a sign with our name on. We were told to go outside + cross the road and go to point C. This proved rather hazardous trying to manoeuvre 2 cases each.. The driver on the return journey also did NOT speak English.. We were not told prior to departure that we would have to pay the toll fees both ways, which they were both able to say !!

Good price however Viator uses a local company for this booking and it was a pain to have to go onto their internet site to re-confirm my booking, then call them 12 hours before transfer, and then call them again when I had collected my luggage at the airport. This amount of contact was unnecessary. Also, when we arrived at JFK airport and I called the transfer company to arrange the pick up, I came outside the arrivals hall to see my name in the window of a car, and had to run over with my bags as a man had put his luggage in the boot, and was just getting into the rear of the car! The driver (who didn't speak one word to me the whole journey) obviously hadn't checked the booking name, and so I had to ask the other person to vacate my transfer booking.
