Taking this trip on the bus was the best way to do it. The driver is knowledgeable and familiar with the road. It is a very windy road so beware if you get car sick. Charleston was our tour guide and he was amazing and would recommend him any given day of the week. Funny, interactive and very knowledgeable about the history and the fauna. Such an historical road and well worth going to see.

Not sure where to start - it was all so amazing! Our tour guide and driver was the best, and we go on lots of tours! Daniel was personable, knowledgeable, funny and an exceptional driver! It can’t be easy navigating all the turns on the road to Hana but Daniel nailed it! The sights were so beautiful, including lunch at the beautiful Plantation house, a stop at a local famous Banana Bread stop along the way, and of course the breathtaking views and water falls! I recommend EVERYONE take this Road to Hana Tour when in Maui!

Our driver and guide, Travis, was fantastic! We had numerous and memorable stops at local shops along our way which was exactly what we wanted. We learned about Hawaiian history culture and some words and phrases. It could not have been better. AND he is an incredible driver navigating a windy rode. We ALWAYS felt safe. Do yourself a favor.
