Our most popular tour! Watch a legendary Kona sunset from our spacious 50’ catamaran as you sail the Kona coast, followed by the adventure of a lifetime - snorkeling with the majestic manta rays! Upon arriving, receive an in-depth explanation of one of the most mysterious creatures in the ocean. Join your professional/certified guides in the water as you snorkel with the majestic hahalua (manta rays). Snorkel equipment, instruction, wetsuits and swim noodles are provided. Complimentary water, juice, soft drinks, and hot cocoa included.

A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Any tour participants that are getting in the water MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM without the assistance of a flotation device
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the water and MUST be accompanied by an adult on the vessel at all times
Guests are asked to check-in at our KONASTYLE retail outlet 45 MINUTES PRIOR to your scheduled departure time. We are located in the Kona Square Shopping Complex. Our address is 75 5669 Alii Drive, #1107, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740
We offer discounted self parking at the Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha Hotel. Parking charge is $13 for up to 5.5 hours. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you at check-in.
PLEASE NOTE that trip start times VARY throughout the year to accommodate for the time changes of the setting sun.
PLEASE NOTE that full-face snorkel masks are NOT allowed to be used by guests
Not recommended for travelers that are not strong swimmers. If guest is not a competent swimmer (as determined by the Captain and/or crew), they will be directed to immediately return to the vessel. In such instances the guest will NOT be refunded
Not recommended for travelers that are prone to seasickness / motion sickness
Guests weighing more than 300 lb (136 kg) are NOT allowed in the water as our water entry / exit staircase has a specific weight limit
Not recommended for travelers with a history of panic attacks

Sunset and Manta Ray snorkel was a great time! Would highly recommend this tour through Konastyle! They provide email alerts for directions to check-in, snorkel equipment, water noodle, drinks, and snacks! The sunset tour still gets dark enough for the manta ray viewing. The crew was knowledgeable, safe, and kind. They shared so much educational information about the mantas and ensured we were able to view the Manta Ray without harming the cute sea creatures! Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience with Konestyle!

What an amazing night. The crew did a great job of taking care of us... Even helping a 7 year old calm down so he could enjoy the majestic manta rays!!!

Calming nerves is our specialty! We safely lead thousands of guests through a manta ray snorkel; many are nervous. After all, you're snorkeling in the open ocean at night with large animals! One of the most amazing experiences we’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly, crew was amazing at keeping everyone safe and informed. The Mantas were so majestic and came so close to us. I’m sure I swallowed a ton of plankton but it was so worth it.
