I have been on at least 6 trolley adventures. This left me with a headache after an amazing adventure and fun thrilled week in Utah. The driver had a normal voice tone but the animated guy that was describing different things was screaming and using a fake imitated voice the whole almost 3 hours. I couldn't stand it at all. Also this tour didn't show me nearly any of the must-see attractions for SLC which I had a list of and figured this tour would cover it, yet it didn't. (Major bummer) Note to conductor, we don't want to hear all about old time historic things the entire trip. We also want to see all of the current main attractions that SLC offers which are MANY. We drove by the .Vivint arena many times and not once was it even mentioned! Just trains, railroads, politics(haven't we had enough of political talk after 2 years?), and a few state owned mansions. $56 for this? Complete bummer, plus now I need to get rid of my headache. Squirting water, throwing stuffed animal toys. I felt like this tour needs an extreme upgrade, entirely to keep up with the times. Subtle voices to hear the next upcoming attraction is better than a forced headache inducing voice through a ceiling speaker. We were all adults and I just can't recommend this to other friends when visiting SLC, unfortunately. I'm also a heavy tipper but couldn't get the ability to do so after having too much fun in Utah-SLC & Moab and ending it all with a major headache on my last adventure of my vacation. I'm also not a reviewer but this experience was very, very upsetting.

We always appreciate reviews from our guests. The positive feedback that we mostly receive helps future guests know what to expect. The critiques also help us know how we can improve in the future. Tours of Utah, Inc. provides a thorough 3-1/2 hour tour of Salt Lake City including the points of interest you were hoping to see. It seems that would have been a better option for you. The Trolley Tour is the history of Salt Lake City with a comedy show and music with performers lively enacting the events as we point out symbolic buildings, old mansions, points of interest and significant events that tell the story of the birth and growth of Salt Lake City. Yes, our actors do remain in character with those voices during the entire tour as they portray certain characters. We encourage all potential guests to carefully review the itinerary of the Trolley Adventure Tour as well as the City Sights Tour to know which places of interest will be visited. They are detailed specifically in the description of each.
