Chico made this experience fun… AND educational! Had a great experience and glad we did it :-) PS: our first trolly driver was Turk, and he was equally amazing - enjoyed him as well! (I just couldn’t not mention him lol)

Just visited Honolulu on a cruise ship for two days. Used the Waikiki Trolley Hop-on Hop-off multi-line ticket from Ala Moana Shopping Centre for both days. It didn't start too well, as we received different information as to the pick-up point from different members of staff (at different times) while we waited for the bus we wanted (green) to turn up. Fortunately, a 'training bus' full of Waikiki Trolley Managers turned up, and Chuck came to the rescue, taking the waiting customers in to the Waikiki Shopping Centre, where we could buy our tickets. The green and blue routes on day 1 were very good, but the red route on day 2 was SUPERB. Our driver, Koa, gave us an EXCELLENT running commentary. He really is a mine of information, and so well delivered - a real Ambassador for the company. 5stars for Koa! Where, I feel, the company did 'miss a trick' however, is that they could perhaps have had some information at the cruise terminal, where 2000+ potential customers were coming ashore.

We should change the seats to not face outward instead, face forward, and then not make them out of wood because they’re hard.
