My daughter was DYING to go on a Segway tour for her 11th bday weekend in Chicago! Unfortunately, most companies in Chicago have a minimum age of 12. Segway Experience of Chicago only requires riders to be 10 years old, so we booked it! We had no problem booking online just hours before the tour began and there were only 5 in our group. Rachel, our guide, was awesome! No one in our group had ever been on a Segway before, so she made sure we were all comfortable before heading out. While we were all a bit hesitant initially, we all caught on and were cruising around in no time! We had the perfect balance of Chicago history/information and simply riding and taking in the scenery! The location of their office is perfect if you're wanting to head up Michigan Avenue afterwards, like we did!

Took my teen on this tour as he has always wanted to try a Segway. Great tour and guide; I was quite nervous on the Segway esp going downhill but the guide gave me an assist each time ;). A unique experience!

The segways were a lot of fun and this was a great way to site see! I would definitely recommend the tour even if you have lived in Chicago your whole life. I learned a lot of new things about the city and the Segway just made it a lot more fun to get around.
