We booked this as a family (2 teens 2 adults). Mike made sure everyone was comfortable before we started. The trip was fine until we had to navigate through a dirt/mud path with standing water. My husband ended up falling off the Segway and cutting his arm and falling on his back. He was completely covered in mud. Mike didn’t really seem concerned and just suggested getting back on the Segway (we were about 40% through the ride). My husband had to Uber back to the hotel, covered in mud and from that point on, Mike never gave regard to the incident. He never mentioned he hoped he was ok. He never offered any type of partial refund. He seemed more concerned about the Segway than the person! The event was fine, but the disregard for my husband was unsettling. Even the other family that was on the tour mentioned many times they hoped he was ok. Sad to say, but I don’t think Mike really cared about the guests on the trip.

We were met by Mike aka Captain Segway at their easy to find offices. Nice the group was complete after a short Segway tuition to gain confidence we set off towards Grant Park. Mike did a great job of keeping us all together and navigating roads / paths with frequent stops to provide information on the areas visited. Lots of opportunities to take photos and Mike was happy to take photos of us (and himself 😀). Refreshment stops and restrooms stops along the way. A must do experience!

Had a great time on the tour. Best way to see a lot of what the city has to offer. Mike was a great and knowledgeable guide as well.
