Had to wait at JFK for a while on arrival, return journey good, driver helpful - at bringing to terminal etc and on time.

Squashed into the mini bus. Car seat for baby we couldn't fit seat belts. No room for wheels of pramin the boot had to take them in the mini bus up against people's legs Bad driving very fast not very careful with a full load of passengers. Did a huge tour of nyc to get to hotel which we passed end of street twice. !!!! Very unhelpful driver didn't Ben announce which hotel he stopped at. Hope return journey smoother
