It was difficult to find the desk - if you were at the other end of arrivals of baggage clain - the driver was not very friendly and forthcoming with information. the drop off took more than 2 hours and i was the 3rd drop off - even in light traffic
It was awful. The driver did not put the Air Conditioning on and were were choking in the heat and humidity. we waited in the car for over 20 minutes no AC, car off for him to go through forms. It took over 3 hours to get to our hotel from the moment the driver came to collect us until we arrived. He was completely discourteous, did not introduce himself or his company and left us with a general feeling of unease, thoroughly unsure if we were in the correct place. He also was very rude, to some of the other passengers who were international travelers. He literally yelled at them and then berated them for not speaking english. I was appalled. All in all, it was a horrendous experience. I have used Viator transfers all over the world and have never had a problem but this experience was so bad that I will never use viator again. for anything.
So Viator, please make it more evident which service we are to use and the fact that you have to check in at a transportation desk at the airport and wait for at least 45 minutes before even getting to the van.
