We had printed off the email confirming our purchase however had not printed the attached voucher. As we did not have the voucher we could not use the shuttle service we had paid for. We were told that they could not look up our booking under our surname, only the reference number on the voucher. We had to buy shuttle tickets with another company so wasted our money. Not a good start to a holiday.

There was a comfort to be had from prebooking our airport pickup.
However, we have now decided that we didn't save that much by sharing the
vehicle and the dropping off of other travellers took time out of our day.
We agreed that in future we would book an exclusive pickup for a speedier trip to our hotel.

We waited for over an hour at the airport. We were sitting beside quite a few other people, a lot of whom arrived after us and left before us. When we finally got in the shuttle, the driver decided he would drop a family off at New Jersey first. We were last off so that was another couple of hours wasted. Not what you need at the start of your holiday. However return journey was fine.
