We arrived on 2nd November, at around 2pm local time. Had to wait around to be picked up. The guys at the desk were very courteous, but the shuttle driver was appalling! His driving was absolutely terrible, think he was trying to impress us with his speed, but it didn't. He just made himself look very unprofessional, dangerous, and ignorant.
Didn't use this firm to get back to Newark airport. Wouldn't use this firm again.

we only used the shuttle from the airport to our hotel but it was perfect - the assistant on the transportation desk was not very helpful and friendly - i would like to give very positive feedback for him - cant recall his name but we arrive at 11.30am on 17th November - he made me feel so relaxed - al the way through to the shuttle driver - very relaxed and professional - i would definitely recommend this service to others and will use again when i return - thank you for making my experiences stress free

In one word it was rough. On arrival not the most welcoming staff. Driver very abrupt, I had the voucher with the bar code on but told me if I didn't have page two of the print out we were not getting on bus, luckily I had this. Cases thrown in back of van, waited for a while in the van with some other people with no communication from driver. Eventually drove off to another terminal, again no communication, and picked up more people who had been waiting for hours, We then all squashed in this tatty old van. All in all it took hours before we got to our hotel. I don't think the driver meant to be rude, probably just doesn't do pleasantries. The only plus point was it's cheap.
