We did have a little difficulty finding the desk at JFK and a bit of a wait for the mini bus, but it was a very busy Saturday afternoon. Once we were on the mini bus the trip was very smooth, the bus itself had seen better days but the driver was superb at finding shorts cuts and gaps in very congested traffic to deliver us to the hotel as quickly as possible. Would certainly use again.

Erratic, though appeared organised on arrival.

Was concerned by the fact the driver was either on the mobile hand held telephone, or filling out and filing his paperwork whilst driving. Felt unsafe, as concentration on driving was compromised.

Very poor, after a long flight we waited at least an hour for the driver to collect us. He then had other passengers to pick up, a further hour messing around trying to locate the passengers. A passenger was also picked up for Harlem, although he wasn't on the drivers list. This passenger was dropped off first, which meant even further delays for the mid town passengers. We eventually were dropped off at our hotel from clearing customs to reaching our hotel 3 hours! We won't be using this service again even the driver commented that the firm doesn't know what they are doing.
