  • Max per-passenger seat weight limit is 300 lbs. Passengers with bodyweights exceeding 300 lbs. can still be accommodated in our Jet or Long Ranger aircraft. An additional fee may apply, payable directly to Scenic Helicopter Tours on the day of the tour.
  • All passengers must be weighed at check-in per FAA regulations and in the interest of passenger safety. Only the flight crew will have access to passenger weights, and all information will be kept confidential.

I was extremely nervous (never flew before) all of the staff assured us we would be fine, and helped calm my nerves. Once we got in the air the pilot was outstanding, very knowledgeable of what we were seeing, and gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Would recommend to ANYONE and EVERYONE

We had an amazing flight and views. Rasmus our boarding was helpful and our pilot Marie was great. This is a great way to see the mountains and landscape in an out of the ordinary way

There's no better view of the Smoky Mountains than from a helicopter. We are blessed to have both Marie and Rasmus as a part of our team, they are both great individuals and strive to make sure everyone has fun while they visit.

By far the best attraction in the Smoky Mountains. Zac was our Pilot, Our boarding attendant was Garrett and Justin was working the camera Worth every penny spent and then some. thanks for the thrill ride. I am a student pilot and appreciate what it takes to be a top notch crew. Even the young ladies doing the prep and sales presentation were spot on. Great job
