Overview

Get ready for an adventure in the Alaskan wilderness with an ATV tour from Denali. On an automatic single or double ATV, you'll ride along trails surrounded by Denali National Park at speeds up to 30 mph (48 kph), and make stops to enjoy 360-degree views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake, and the Healy Valley. Traverse rocky creek beds and splash through the water (weather permitting) as a guide leads you through the rugged terrain and provides opportunities for photography. Wildlife is abundant, so watch for moose on the trail. When booking, select from several departure times and decide whether you want a single or 2-passenger side-by-side ATV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ride on the side by side ATV! An extra perk was seeing moose - twice! We stopped for a view of the mountains and there were 2 moose about 50 yards away. Quite a sight! We also enjoyed driving through the creek bed and splashing water. We stopped there for a view and saw a moose walking across the dry creek bed. Bonus! The tour says it’s 2.5 hours but that includes transportation time to and from sight. It also includes 4 stops for views. Your actual ride time is an hour. I would do this excursion again.

This was a great experience with attentive and informative guides who take you on trails that you would not get to see otherwise. Perfect for couples, singles or families looking to spend a half day on rough trails and seeing amazing sights. The guilds insure you are safe yet have a exciting trip while explaining the geological formations and wildlife around you. Great trip!
