I recently visited Monument Valley and had the pleasure of having Amory as my guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area and shared many interesting stories about the Navajo culture and history. He was also very patient with my family and made sure we were all comfortable throughout the tour. I highly recommend Amory if you’re looking for a great experience at Monument Valley!

Amory was the greatest tour guide! We learned so much on the Valley and the Navajo way of life! If you book a tour ask for Amory! Worth every dime!

Our tour guide, Amory, was absolutely outstanding! He offered insights on spectacular Monument Valley, its history, its people and his own personal story. He is also an amazingly skilled and creative photographer, which really helped us capture the highlights of our 2.5-hour excursion. We highly recommend Tinhorn Tour specifically, and the hiring of a guide for Monument Valley in general. The Valley Loop Scenic Drive can be pretty rugged -- we experienced the "Navajo massage" as our vehicle rocked back and forth -- and we saw tourists in rental cars stuck in a major rut. No such worries for us with Amory at the wheel and our rental car parked safely back in the parking lot at the View Hotel (which is also outstanding!) This is the way to explore Monument Valley.
