What To Expect

Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park

Mitten View, Mitchell Mesa, Merrick Butte, Elephant/Camel Buttes, John Fords Point, Three Sisters, and Rain God. Backcountry: Chiefs Head, Big Hogan, Totem Pole View, Suns Eye, Ear of the Wind, and hogan demonstration.

Joe was our guide and was an excellent driver and historian. We learned much about the Navaho people and their traditions. Informative and entertaining. Beautiful views and stops in Monument Valley. Only down side it was very windy and the open air vehicle did not protect us much. We did have a blanket that definitely helped. Enclosed vehicle may have been better option on that day. Still a wonderful experience!

Joe was our leader. He was born and raised in Mystry Valley, knew all of the roads, native lore, etc. we climbed up to several arches. We saw great scenery and learned a lot about the Nahajo history. We would do it again.

Harry was a fantastic guide and even found a quiet, beautiful spot to play traditional music for us. Family members young and older enjoyed the tour.
