Took the combination tour of Lower Valley, Backcountry and Mystery Valley as described on their website. Booked directly with owner Charlene. Our guide was Steven, he was awesome. Steven grew up in the area and was extremely knowledgeable on all things Navajo, history, culture, the Monument Valley area, family life for the Navajo and much more. We spent 3 hours with Steven in the morning, took a lunch break and an additional 3 hours in late afternoon. We thought at first the cost was a little high, at end of the day my wife and I agreed it was money well spent. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Monument Valley with Steven! Highly recommend.

Superb tour with professional descriptions and insights. Very patient with photographer who wanted very specific views or lighting.

Our young Navajo tour guide, Steven H. met us promptly at the View Hotel lobby. Steven gave us excellent commentary on each of the sites we visited combining historical information with explanations of the Navajo traditions and beliefs that accompanied the specific areas. We got to see beautiful parts of the Valley that you cannot go to without a guide and, at some of those points, the quiet and solitude was mystical if not spiritual. We learned quite a lot about Navajo customs and Navajo family life from Steven who was an excellent companion and conversationalist. A very enjoyable full 2.5 hr. tour you should not miss taking!
