The trip could've been much better. The guide was generally unpleasant and had a go at tourist who were not in our group for trying to get into a lift with us at the Niagara Falls. We have been rushed constantly and in a way that left no opportunity to enjoy the little time we had at stopovers. Every time we stopped to have something to eat it was dreadful. McDonald's for breakfast, Burger King for lunch and so on - being a vegetarian and aware of the nutritional value of food I eat I was left starving for two days as I chose not to fill my stomach with junk. The hotel in Canada was very nice and we got to see the Falls from practically every side but the only opportunity to take the photo of the whole thing was missed as we drove past it without stopping. We were urged not to waste time in souvenir shop almost to the point where it sounded like a threat. The trip was much to expensive for the standard it offered and I would not recommend it.

This was an 8 hour journey each way. The Bus was old and by no means up to the standard one would expect of a Tour Company. While there was a toilet on Board, we were encouraged not to use same. The Driver was very capable and we felt safe at all times. The Guide had very poor English and little to offer by way of information. We would have gained as much insight had we had travelled by public transport. The only plus in the Guide's favour was his ability to ensure people returned promptly to the Bus after meal stops.
In the future,I urge the company to upgrade their bus and ensure that they employ enthusiastic, informed Tour Guides .

Excellent trip, Niagara falls was amazing, guide was informative and helpful. Only thing i would change is i'd prefer if they didn't stop at fast food chains during the bus trip.
