I thought that the trip was great value for money and our tour guide was funny ,informative and fantastic. the itinerary although very packed was the right amount for the two days. My only concern was due to being held up at customs we only had one hour at the shopping mall. I suggest that only people with all their documents ie passports are aloud on the coach at the beginning to save delays at the boarder. That said i would like to thank all the staff involved for making our trip so fantastic and would not hesitate to use them again. The hotel we stayed on the Canadian side had a double jacuzzi and breakfast was included all most unexpected ,Being or 25 wedding anniversary this was very much appreciated. I recommend that people take the time to go to the Canadian side as the views and the duty frees only add to the trip. Please be aware that the coach will have different nationalities on it although they are more then catered for by the guides.

Very poor - not Viator but our operator - guide had a bad attitude and spoke Italian half the time - driver was Nicaraguan refugee with little English - bus was old, dirty and no livery (made the Police suspiscious) with loud DVD's playing - went nearly 4 hours without comfort stop - no explanations of itinerary and what to expect in advance - driver got lost several times - guide kept embarrasing us into giving them tips etc etc. Go with another tour company !!

The falls and the maid o' mist were great. The tour guides where bad. My friends and i were left in the middle of the Canadian side one night after being dropped off to a resturant by the bus. After the resturant the guides jumped into a cab and to us to get back to the hotel ourselves. This made us a bit angry as the guides convinced us to go to the resturant at the tower. The shopping at the outlets was too short and not worth it and should be removed from the tour. The other passengers were rude, with some not familiar with western cultural courtesies Overall, the good bits of the falls were soured by the tour itself.
