It was my cousin’s first time riding a Segway. (She loved it). Hanna (tour guide) was very patient with teaching and was constantly checking to see how my cousin was doing. Safety is Hanna’s priority. Which is appreciated when riding in a city like Chicago. The tour was fun and informative. Fun facts, bad jokes, great time.

So fortunate to have Mike lead our tour via Segways around interesting and beautiful sections of Chicago this past Saturday -- this was a mini-family reunion with a family group, and Mike added to the fun -- very full of information -- and humor. And it was also great that they were flexible with timing so we could optimize the weather. Would recommend to any and all.

This was our first time on a Segway, and we had a blast. My 12 yo daughter is 85 lbs, so I was happy to find a company that didn't have a 100 lb minimum. And once she got the hang of driving, she had no problem controlling the segway. Michael was funny and knowledgeable about Chicago, and provided a lot of interesting info along the tour. Such a great time, I'd highly recommend these guys!!
