First time I've ever been on a segway or Chicago for that matter. My daughter is 12 and between 90-100 lbs which was a problem with most of the other tours. +100lbs is all I heard. These guys are just down to Earth and looking to show you a good time. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgable about the town. Mike was the tour guide and he looked out for all of the people in our group and helped my daughter when she had a little spill. I would've paid to do it again right after we finished if I had the chance. Cant recommend this place enough for either someone interested in riding a Segway or lookin for a Chicago Tour. Mike, thank you sir

This was the first segway tour my wife and I ever took and we loved it! At first we were a bit nervous because we had never taken this ride, but our guide Rachel was super patient and nice. We really liked all the sites we saw and the guide gave pretty clear instructions and warnings. I would definitely use this service again.
