Mike was an awesome guide. He took the time to make sure all were comfortable operating the Segway, and was great at communicating the Dos and Don’ts. He was fun and knowledgeable and was aware of where everyone was in the tour

Mike was a funny and careful tour guide. When two people locked wheels and had to hop off their segways, he got there instantly and took care of them, made sure they were ok and got them back on. He risked his life in the middle of the road several times to make sure we safely crossed as a group, and let multiple pedestrians know how many segways to watch for coming from behind them.
