Enjoyed my first-ever Segway tour today......it was awesome! Richie was our instructor as well as our guide and was fantastic. My first visit to Chicago and we covered so much ground and learned so much interesting information about what we were seeing. It was nice that he catered to the interests of our small group of people who toured rather than a "canned" rigid tour format. This was a bucket list item for me and I HIGHLY recommend it!

I really can't say enough good things about our tour! Our tour guide Richie was awesome! He made adjustments to the experience to what we wanted to see and he had so many fun facts about Chicago. We had a bad experience at the beginning with the guy at the entrance who was rude, I had a groupon for this and in a rush we didn't read the fine print of making reservations and although i completely understand how annoying it is the eye rolling and short answers were uncalled for, this made me want to cancel but we weren't able to which I'm so GLAD because Richie Truly turned the situation around and even made us want to come back!
