I have never had a problem with Viator with any trips i have booked but unfortunately on arrival at the Segway location it was all locked up and nobody was answering the telephone. I know they have moved recently but we were definitely in the right location! I have a photo that we took through the window and all the Segway's were in there locked up! I have applied to viator for a refund but not received one yet.. what we don't get though is the return taxi fare to and from the location and the hour it took to finally give up!! i am hopeful we'll get a refund from viator though as i have always found them really good - I think they need to sort out this supplier though! :(

The tour and Mike were terrific! Great views of the city and the parks. The Segway was easy to ride and a blast!!

Captain Mike was our tour guide and he is amazing! He gave us proper safety instruction for the Segway, since none of us had ridden one before. He was entertaining, informative and lots of fun. We covered much more of the city than we could on foot and it was so much more immersive than a bus. You can tell Mike really loves his city and does a great job teaching visitors about it. I recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the Chicago lakefront and skyline!
