There are several Segway tours in Chicago and deciding on one was difficult. We finally chose The Segway Experience based on their reviews and we are glad we did. We were a bit apprehensive about riding a Segway for the first time, but our host, Mike (aka Captain Segway) had us up and riding in under 5 minutes. And what fun we had! We tootled around and enjoyed a "private" tour (no one else booked our time slot) of the lakefront. Mike provided some interesting stories and was helpful taking our pictures. By the end of the tour, we really felt comfortable on the Segway. Very highly recommend

Don’t let the messy office discourage you when you walk in. Captain Segway was friendly and made the tour fun! I think he would only benefit if the office got cleaned up and organized a bit for his guests. But a very fun outing!

It was our first time riding on a Segway and wow, what a lot of fun it was! Captain Mike made sure we were in control before we set of on the tour. You get to cover a lot of ground on the segway and see places you probably wouldn't if walking. Captain Mike was very informative and our group enjoyed the tour. I did get out of control going down a hill, but managed to recover and slow down!
