Perched 94 stories above the Windy City, the 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers, including Willis (Sears) Tower. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!

Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

360 Chicago Observation Deck

Step into a high-powered elevator that will take you on an exhilarating ride to the 94th floor at a speed of 20.5 mph (33 kph). The observatory provides unbeatable views of Chicago at all times of the day: Go in the morning or afternoon to admire the expansive blue of Lake Michigan, go at sunset for a romantic moment, or go at night when the city becomes a sea of twinkling lights. 360 Chicago Observation Deck offers several activities to complement the pretty view. If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s bar for cocktails or delicious Chicago treats. Additional admission options are available for your visit. The TILT option offers access to an attraction of outward tilting glass 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, offering unique, downward-facing views.

Terrible experience to leave! The rude and unPro manager, total chaos to get out, better go to the skydeck, better organization. Only one elevator out of the three worked to get out, in an emergency case I don’t understand how so many people can get running only one elevator, I felt at risk! Awful service!

Great views but old building and elevators. You can see and smell that in part. Especially nice is looking north, where a lot of coastline can be seen. We booked without cloud cash and then consumed something, because if you have the chance to have a drink here with such a view, you should not miss it, unless it is proppe full. I recommend going in the morning, but not without booking in advance! Our 10 o'clock ticket, because there was not so much going on, we were even allowed to use it at half past ten, which was great!

Viewpoint from the 95th floor of the building, with views of the city in its entirety, 360 degrees. Additional I recommend the experience of the TILT , glass with a 45 degree inclination towards the city floor, not suitable for those with vertigo. They should improve the cleaning of the glass of the plant from where the city is seen since everyone wants to take pictures and the glass was pretty dirty.
