250 pounds is the maximum weight, fully dressed with shoes...No refunds. Weigh-ins are mandatory, and refunds are not given if guests do not fall into this weight range.
No Prior Injuries or Surgeries Without Physician Approval.
Adults must accompany minors from ages 10-17.
Guests allergic to insect stings should bring their own medication as a precaution.
For ages 10+. Must also be at least 4 feet tall and weigh at least 60 pounds. Guests weighing over 250 pounds will not be allowed to zip.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What a great experience we had! The tour actually was booked solid until October, but we were very fortunate to have had a last minute cancellation. So, our Family were able to get on a tour with a small group of 10. The tour book that way for a reason so that each group didn't have to run into each other as we were sometimes shared a zipline tower. Our guides: Justin, Lauren and Tim were super helpful and very knowledgeable (about all the procedures, the local recommendations AND great formation about the local history as well). So, come along and book the trip, book early, get on standby, etc. You won't be disappointed!

Fast and safe zip lines. We took 4 zip lines, one was fast short but the others were fast and longer. Felt very safe during the experience.

A little different ziplining experience than I’m used to, but it was fun. The views were stunning and the zips were pretty cool. The suspension bridge is also amazing. The best part was our guides. Chance, Kyle and Robby(?). They made it fun, funny, and safe.
