Nothing but a complete and total joy! Pirate Andy was our guide, and John was our driver. Andy was thoroughly professional in the technical tasks of gearing us up and keeping everyone safe and having a great time. The supporting staff was also a great team and worked very well together. The banter, jokes and situationally appropriate musical background were a work of art. As an example, there was a new guide in the crew completing his training - part of which involves rescuing a participant stranded short of the landing pad. A "victim" amongst us was designated and shoved back out over the canyon. The trainee shimmied out along the cable to the rescue to, of course, the theme from Mission Impossible blasted out over the guides radios. Hysterical! They are coming back up to full strength as Covid restrictions relax and they were only offering the four line tour when we went. The have a great cadre of experienced guides and I'm sure that as they reach full strength things are going to continue to be great.
