The 60 minute cruise was perfect! Not rushed, but enough time to get a good view of Lady Liberty. The boat was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Worth the money!!!

Avoid this scam! We arrived at the designated docking area after paying $36 for the parking. After waiting for 6pm boat, crew came in and informed that the 6pm boat was canceled due to a private party and no apologies were offered. Enough people had gathered by that time and showed that the website clearly mentioned last boat today was for 6pm and tickets were still showing as available. The crew then said to move to pier 6 where the boat would come. As everyone arrived at pier 6, the crew at that pier said they belonged to a different company and will not entertain our tickets. Furthermore, we were informed that this company pulls this slick move all the time. Groupon refunded us but we lost the parking money and precious time on our one day trip to nyc. Some lost more including taxi fares and we felt worse for a family with disabled person. One of the reviews at Groupon mentioned the same thing but we could not put our review at Groupon.
