Beautiful ride, great views, AC cabin, nice audio tour, fun music, staff was very kind and helpful, no one was at the dock until the boat arrived 5 min before tour (just FYI for others!) - we just waited at the sign

Boat was one hour late. We were promised the full hour tour and we only got 45 minutes. There were too many people on the boat and inadequate seating. The boat was dirty and smelly.

We bought a Groupon, showed up at the scheduled time and the boat never arrived. Several other people were here as well. Total waste of time, money and effort to get over here.
