I'm giving two stars only because the views of NYC are amazing and the price is ridiculously cheap. We paid $32 for three people. We saw the skyline, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge ... all that is great. The boat is not great. It's dirty and worn and tiny and dark. I would rather pay three times as much and have clean, comfortable vessel. I do not recommend!!
