It was a lot of smoke from the Boat engine. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend that for Families with Kids. Of the other hand it was very value for the money we spent.

Simply the boat never showed up. We were at dock instructed us to go to. Showed up 20 mins ahead. After about waiting 10 mins were told moving boats and to go to dock 8. Went to dock 8 waited for another boat to dock and unload. When tried to get on they said in wrong spot and to to dock 3. No boat, waited for another 20 or 30 mins all of this in the rain. When reached out to the company the for refund as our trip was over they basically lied. Here is reponse " I am very sorry but we cannot authorize the refund. We left on time from Dock 3. " There were about 15 people in different groups affected. No one answering phone, no one anywhere on dock to ask questions. If read reviews on other sites this is a pattern from this company. Stay far, far away.
