We arrived at 1015am for 1030 booking. Boat turned up at 1115am! We were standing in 32degree heat with no shade. No apologies given. The trip itself was good but has left a bad taste

I would like a refund, could not find the pick up spot and no one was picking the call from travel agency. Since i never boarded the yacht , it was a waste of money and time for me and the agency should refund this.
