Neat experience, was a little worried at first with the faded windows of the boat but once they get you out they keep circling for folks to get pictures. Do the trip closest to sunset!

The employees prior to boarding the boat are extremely unfriendly, not cooperative, and will turn their back on you while you are asking a question. It’s not well run. The tour of the Statue of Liberty is OK. You don’t have a place to sit if you want to be outside to see the tour. Other boats have benches and seats on their boats. Just be aware, the boat does not look as good as the photo.

I of not recommended this boat experience. A complete SCAM You are not guaranteed you’ll get on the boat. You book a time and is only if they have space. There was a line of over 300 people to get on the boat for the 4:30 experience we booked when it was time to board they said the boat was full and we needed to wait for the next one and hour later and if that was full then the next one The staff was extremely rude “I don’t give a f***” what time you booked you have to wait or leave” were the exact words from the docking person When speaking with the staff they said this was a normal practice for them (overbooking) I’ve done plenty of Statue of Liberty cruises. I would recommend paying a bit more and having a better experience than this Not to mention that they do not want to give me my money back even though they are the ones that overbooked. COMPLETE SCAM
