We visited the museum on a Thursday with a pre-booked ticket. We were there for around 3 hours and really spent our time looking at everything. There are numerous floors to the museum and it is a really touching tribute to those who lost their lives during the 9/11 attacks and also touches on the 1993 bombings. I would really recommend a visit here. It was very very busy, even though we had a timed entry ticket. As the majority of the exhibit was inside a separate room (with no bathrooms, so go before you go in this section), we found that everyone was absolutely packed in here, shoulder to shoulder at some points. I felt that if we had booked a time slot, they should perhaps monitor the people into this room in 10 minute intervals, giving people enough time to read everything, watch the films and not stick in the same areas. It was really unpleasant.

Having viator prebooked tickets were great, skipped all the huge queues outside. I really enjoyed the museum and it was quite sad. I feel it was far too busy (Sat) and felt rushed at bits unable to fully see/read all the things displayed. Maybe wkdays arent as busy.
