All of it....designed to teach the younger generation and to remind us of how heroic we were and the true nature of our country

The museum is amazing and the stories heart wrenching - not our first visit. However, the day we visited was the week of memorial day and it was so busy it was impossible to move at some of the pinch points, difficult to see everything and when COVID was rising in the US, more than a little worrying - so we left

This is something that everyone should see. This will bring the whole 9/11 into a new light for anyone. The only complaint I have is not with the company Viator but with the way the museum is being ran they need to reduce capacity at one time so you can take the whole thing in.
