This is difficult experience to review but I’ll try. The museum is without doubt a very emotional experience. It is very well organised and my opinion it is tasteful and certainly a tribute to the lives lost. We used the audio tour which work very well throughout but we all got slightly lost in middle area of the museum because it was a smaller area and a little bit more congested. Anyway we soon found our place again with the audio. The whole experience was moving and memorable.

The pictures on the wall of all the lives lost was very emotional. The fire truck that was so mangled was unbelievable. The part for the K9 was also very emotional. Overall it was well worth the price.

Was very upset. We had a time of 330 to visit but per the museum guidelines we needed to be there 90 minutes before closing. We bought tickets but could not make it across town to meet the guideline. We never got to see the memorial or museum.
