Fitting tribute to those that lost their lives on that fateful day. Lots of moving stories and items that put a lump in your throat. Clean and tidy with staff happy to give you extra detail and direct you. Only complaint is I didn't notice that it's closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday, all day. The 9/11 Website does provide this info at the bottom of their front page but it doesn't stand out. Also, the detail was not on my tickets and I didn't notice this in my email from City Pass, where I purchased my ticket. However, apart from recommending this information is made more prominent, I have no complaints as the Museum was good and the City Pass worked well at all the attractions we visited.
