Excellent experience and highly recommend for all to see! Overwhelming, intense, devastating, shocking, eye opening. Prayers to all that were lost on that horrific day!

It was very impressive, a beautiful tribute and a must see for New York. The fountains outside are impressive. However, we didn't find out until after we were through that we had missed about half of the exhibit. It was very dark inside, and there were no signs or directions to the different areas, so we apparently missed out on the best part of the museum, which was on the bottom floor. Wish the path had been marked better.

There are few museums that provide the level specificity and attention to detail that this one does. It is incredibly sad but necessary experience to remember the sacrifices and bravery of so many on September 11, 2001. We took the early access guided tour, and if it is in your budget, it is a must do. Our tour guide Emily was wonderful and relayed the personal stories of so many of the artifacts and stories of heroism. She concluded the tour with her own personal story of her 9/11. Without a doubt, it is a must see on your trip to NYC.
