It made 9/11 a reality where you felt the pain and horror. Enabled empathy for all those affected clearly and vividly. Incredible presentation and very very emotional.

The wall of photos of the people taken .. will haunt me for some tine .. and the heroic efforts of all the firefighters who lost their lives trying to save others

It was so humbling to see the Memorial. We had been to NY a number of times, but not since 9/11. It's been awhile. We went for the balldrop and the memorial was the one other thing we for sure wanted to do. There is no describing the feeling. It's very well done and an amazing memorial. We had timed tickets and were running behind, but they let us in, no issues, so...in case you are wondering about the timing. The line was not super long, and we were in with 10 to 15 minutes. I'm sure at times it gets busy, but we were there New Year's Day around 3:00 pm. We got tickets through Musement as the website showed it was booked. So keep looking if you ever are there and need to book within a day or two.
