9/11 Memorial Museum at 5 pm is non-guided. An average visit takes approximately two hours
Please note that guests will need to pass through airport style security to enter the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Please refer to 9/11 Museum's guidelines on specific prohibited items.

We really enjoyed our tour with our tour guide Jerry. he was really knowledgeable about everything we seen and any questions we asked. He was extremely nice and even gave us some pointers on where we could eat when we were done since we we are not from the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to find out more about the area surrounding the memorial and the day the world trade centers became ground zero.

The two hour tour struck the right tone of informative, respectful and uplifting. Our tour guide Alice was out of this world. The great thing about this company is that they really get great tour guides-- I went on a Ufizzi tour in Florence and a Met tour in NYC, and all were excellent.

We would pay for another tour with Alice! We have taken 9/11 tours before but we always learn something new about that day which 2 billion people lived in real time together
