This was our first trip to NYC and we wanted to include the 911 memorial. Our tour guide Robert Y was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Technically, he is a good speaker, highly educated. Personally, he shared his point of view having lived through the horrific events of that day making it much more touching and meaningful. Glad we chose to do this and grateful to Robert for our experience.

9/11 from a local perspective. Katherine was amazing. She shared her experiences from that horrific day and the emotional days that followed. She is a gifted story teller as she shared her memories but gave us inspiration for the kindness and support of the city and our nation. So thankful Katherine was our guide!

I had not been back to NYC since after the attack so I was very curious as to how everything in that area changed. So my family and I booked a tour with this company and we were not disappointed. Rob, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly and all around amazing tour guide. He showed us before and after pictures which were very powerful and emotional. I would recommend walking shoes, and we went during the summer so a bottle of water is a good idea. You will also have plenty of time to take pictures and to ask questions. I would recommend this tour with Rob to anyone I know. Thanks for a great tour.
